When I go to take pictures, I always mentally prepare myself for the shoot. Especially for those awkward moments. Those moments when the "client" doesn't know how to stand, if they should smile, if they should move or do a different pose. When the moments arrive, I encourage them with showing them different poses, directing them or tell them an embarrassing story to make them laugh and loosen up.
Um, not this girl. Not once did I tell her to move, laugh or change it up. She fluently moved every couple seconds to keep things changing and fresh. My sister shot with me and we were in heaven. Emily made it so incredibly easy for us. Also, Emily's sweet and crazy spirit made for a fun night in downtown Winston. We had the. best. time. with this little beaut.
Enjoy Emily's sneak peak.
Love these....especially the one of her standing in the street!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat work, Courtney! and it was nice seeing you the other week at church :)
ReplyDeleteCourtney! What Canon do you have? I have a Rebel XS and I'm thinking about upgrading and your pics look great! What lenses did you use on these pictures? Also do you have an editing system you use? Also known as I'm the girl who asks too many questions... :)
